Sales

Steadfast Lighting is focused on providing whole home lighting packages to builders, contractors, and realtors in NWA.  Because of this, a minimum order of $500 or 5 lighting fixtures is required (exceptions may be made as determind by management).  All sales are considered final unless product is not as described.  

Showroom

Showroom is by appointment only.  Appointments can be made using any of the contact information found on steadfastlighting.com. 

Item Pickup

Item pickup must be arranged prior to arrival and same day pickup is not guaranteed.  Arrangements can be made by using any of the contact information found on steadfastlighting.com.  

Item Delivery

Steadfast lighting packages (a package is any order over $500, or minimum 5 lighting fixtures) include free delivery anywhere in NWA area (Benton and Washington Counties, AR). Delivery can be scheduled utilizing the Package Request Page located on the steadfastlighting.com website.  Every effort is made to deliver each lighting package within 2-5 business days from the date of request.  This is dependent on the customer providing detailed item request, or builder providing home information so a lighting-take off can be completed after electrical rough-in is complete.  

Request for delivery sooner than 2 business days will incur a $50 convenience fee.  If confirmation of delivery is needed, this must be specified during the time of request.  Each lighting package is left in the home in a pre-defined location.  Once delivery is made a picture is taken for our personal records as proof of delivery.  After delivery is made if any items are missing Steadfast LIghting must be notified within one business day.  After 1 business day, customer will be liable for any loss or damage of property.

At times mistakes are made, in these instances Steadfast Lighting will assume responsibility and make every effort to rectify the situation by the next business day.  If it is determined Steadfast Lighting was not liable for the error, a $35 delivery fee will apply in addition to the cost of any items.

Payment

Payment is due before taking possession of materials unless an approved credit application is on file.  Typical payment terms with approved credit are 30 days from the date of delivery.  Any invoice over 30 days will incur a 3% charge for each month past 30 days beginning the first date of invoice.  After 90 days, invoice will be turned over to small claims court.

Payments may be made by cash, credit card, or check.  A credit card transaction fee of 3% may be applied to your order.  

Warranty

Items are warrantied 1 year from the date of delivery by Steadfast Lighting.  Warranty consists of replacement of lighting fixture.  If the exact lighting fixture is not available a like fixture will be offered as a replacement.  No refund will be offered.

After 1 year, the manufacturer warranty may still apply and they can be contacted by the customer.

Warrantied items are verified by Steadfast Lighting.  If any item was installed incorrectly customer will be charged for the replacement item as well as costs of contracted labor.

Return Policy

All sales are considered final.  If an item is not as described, or an error was made on the part of Steadfast Lighting an in stock item may be returned in its original unopened packaging for a full refund within 30 days from invoice date.  No refund, returns, or exchanges on Special Order Items or items that have been removed from packaging.  Any unused product must be brought back to Steadfast Lighting warehouse or a $35 pickup fee will be charged.
